Private residence, Tours. Marble Mosaic covering the floor of the entry hall, kitchen and corridor floors in terrazzo dating from the turn of the XX century. Deformed by use and the passage of time, the floors were tarnished, with several visible cracks and lines.

Work undertaken: Cleansing, creation of a frieze for the floor in-keeping with existing style, repair of cracks, sanding and cleaning.

After breaking the wall, the floor appears to be different from one space to another. Our job is to connect the spaces using mosaic.

The mosaic of the entrance, harlequin type, scratched by the abrasive materials carried by the door.

decor after sanding

Scratches disappear by intensive sanding on the heavily damaged area. Regular sanding with water for the rest of the mosaic.

The floors are protected by a natural wax.
